There are plenty of great reasons to sign up for Church Suite. Whether you just want to receive newsletter updates or also use the ‘My Church Suite’ app, it’s a simple way to stay informed and connected. Church Suite helps keep you up to date with what’s happening in your church, your hub, and across Church Wigan—making sure you never miss out on important news or events.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Before signing up, it is worth checking your email (and spam folder) to see if you have an invitation email from Church Suite. If you have, this means that your details are already registered and you can simply follow the instructions in that email.
If you do not have an invitation email, this could mean that your details are not already registered. To register, click the button below that says ‘Click Here to Sign Up’. This will allow you to submit your details, which will then be processed by a member of our team. 1-2 business days after you submit this form, you will be sent an invitation email, which will give you access to the ‘My ChurchSuite’ app.
GETTING STARTED WITH THE
'MY CHURCH SUITE' APP
‘My ChurchSuite’ is a user-friendly app that helps you stay connected with your Church Community, your Hub, and Church Wigan as a whole. Through the app, you can view upcoming events, sign up for newsletters, update your contact details and join groups or activities. It also allows you to receive important notifications. Whether on a smartphone, tablet or computer, the app is designed to be simple and accessible for everyone.
Download the app
Search for ‘ChurchSuite’ (one word) in your mobile device’s app store—App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android—and install it.
RECEIVE AN INVITATION
Check to see if you have been sent an invitation email to set up your account. If you have just signed up, it may take up to 2 working days for the invitation email to be sent across to you. This email contains a registration link to create your password. You may need to check your junk email folder to find it.
log in
Open the app and click on ‘Log in’. Then click on the ‘Log in – My ChurchSuite’ option. Enter your email address and the password you created. When it asks for your church name, type in ‘Church Wigan’.
Once logged in, you’ll have access to your church’s events, communications, groups, and more.

ChurchSuite is a church management software package which Church Wigan is using, as of June 2025 (in replacement of iKnow), to administer parish records, newsletters and bookings electronically.
Beyond being a fantastic management system for our office staff and church leaders, it also comes with lots of benefits for everyone in our churches.
Yes, your information is safely stored on Church Suite, in accordance with both Church Wigan’s and Church Suite’s robust GDPR policies.
Only trusted members of staff / ministry leaders have access to specific areas of the database. Other general users will only have access to their own personal data.
All communications can be controlled and edited by you by setting your communication preferences – if you don’t want to receive emails, you can opt out.
No, you do not need a smartphone to be listed on the system. You can access the system sign-up form by accessing this support page on a computer, tablet, laptop or phone if you have one. Once you are signed up, you don’t necessarily have to interact with Church Suite again if you don’t want to.
A smart phone can be useful though to help you to access all of the additional features, such as the Church Suite app, that can help you to fully benefit from the Church Suite system.
