the shed
A number of our churches have formal or informal men’s fellowships, but did you know about The Shed?
The Shed is a pan-Wigan community, gathering men of all ages from right across the deanery. It is a safe place for men to meet and chat without fear or contradiction, and to learn and share their experiences and faith. Our motto is ‘to share God’s love with the men of Wigan’.’
It meets the first Saturday of every month, 9.30-11am, usually at Highfield Community Hall, with bacon barms and a brew, and with regular outreach activities blessing the community in practical ways.
