The Mothers Union is one of the world’s oldest women-led organisations transforming lives around the corner and around the world.
Nine of the 50 local branches in Liverpool Diocese are in Wigan, places of friendship, worship, prayer and outreach to the community. An important current focus is the ‘Rise Up’ campaign against domestic abuse of all kinds, and all our branches have received bronze or silver awards for their work.
